Having spent much of my career working within the food industry, including senior sales and marketing leadership roles up to director level, I understand first-hand the commercial realities and opportunities within the sector. Over the past 25 years leading retained recruitment consultancies, I’ve continued to work closely with FMCG organisations and professionals across the industry.

Since COVID the world of work has evolved significantly, and FMCG recruitment has evolved with it. While virtual interviews are now widely used, we still believe face-to-face meetings provide valuable insight, helping both clients and candidates gain a clearer understanding of one another.
